Gavin was introduced to NZHIH by the Via Innovations team at Canterbury DHB to support developing his understanding of research translation and commercialisation methods, including participating in Kiwinet’s GetFunded commercialisation workshop held in Dunedin in November. https://kiwinet.org.nz/GetFunded.
DHB researchers with eligible projects are able to access Kiwinet programmes and pre-seed accelerator funding through NZHIH.
We look forward to bringing you updates as Gavin and his research collaborators at University of Canterbury and University of Auckland further develop their computational pathology technology to improve diagnostic outcomes for our population.
